After thirty years working a corporate job and trying to squeeze in workouts at lunchtime, I decided to follow my dream of helping people with their fitness goals and opened The Athletic Body. I am the owner and co-founder of The Athletic Body, and I cannot wait to work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. My passion is to help educate and encourage healthy, mindful eating by helping people embrace and eat delicious and nutritious food on a daily basis. I received my nutrition training and certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Precision Nutrition, where I studied over 100 holistic dietary theories and practical lifestyle and structured coaching methods, including contemporary health, and Eastern and Western nutrition. With my knowledge and dedication, I will help you get the results you want.
Working with me will help keep you on track and close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. By effectively clarifying your goals, logging your activity, and tracking your progress, we will create a personalized regime.
